LOL ncs is not an engineering company. Unless you referring to software/data engineers, that is a different field already lolol

Totally agree, these people don't even know what they are referring to when they say engineering. 3.3k for starting seems reasonable according to current market.

can get into stat boards then say lahhh, openings in stat boards take up < 10% of the entire grad pool la

Yeah for the vast majority, getting a 3k 9 to 5 mechanical engineer job is really tough nowadays
