The top 10% won't even consider govt agencies for that measly 4k. Most of them are already in banks, MNCs or tech companies.

And gov agencies certainly won't consider the average joes. So you got to ask yourself which category of grads do you fall under. Its grim if you are average. Its between getting $2.5k job with sme or be jobless.

2.5k is on the high side bah, nowadays with this economy shd be 2k to 2.4k for starting in sme
