Wow you guys make me so envious of your incredible pay packages. I'm surprised no one has mentioned the other large software consultancies in SG, namely Accenture and NCS. I don't know about Accenture, but from what I heard NCS salaries is comparatively low (~3.5k/mth for fresh grad), but they also have a relatively low bar for entry i.e. they'll hire you if you know the difference between a "while" and a "do-while" loop. Which is good for no honours goondu compsci graduates like me I guess.

It is true that those without honors are not able to compete with those of better grades because CS and even private companies normally will not shortlist us for interviews.

She told me base on their market research, they cannot match my expected salary and ask me if basic salary ard 5.5k but higher bonus (she claim is 4-5mths, better than the 2 mths i'm getting now) whether I am willing to continue for further interviews.
Right now I just say willing to proceed, but want to check with other experience people in the industry how is the market rate like for 1-2 years relevant exp.

Lazada give 4-5mth bonus?
You sure or not?
From what I know and Glassdoor. So far everyone say Lazada no bonus...
