Yup they do, depends on what role you looking at. If its the Software Engineering role at least 3.2/4.0 (I'm from SMU). The biz associate role im not too sure but should be 3.4/4.0.
SE roles conversion rate quite high. cant say the same for the other. but their applications are super competitive, as you would expect from a company offering >5k/mth for fresh grad
