Wow. Not bad. They can pay 0.25 month bonus now. Last 2 years think there were nothing plus pay cut too.

how much does SIA pay for fresh grad now? Seems like they are hiring a lot now due to aviation recovery

heard progression and increments are not good. from linkedin i also saw a lot of ppl seem be stuck at AM/M for a long time

Starting $3k for 2nd upper honours. Not sure if there's any adjustment since then as I left couple of years back.
Really don't recommend freshies to join SIA. It's more suited for older people who want the work life balance. The pace of life there is slow indeed. I feel that if you work there for too long you lose the competitive edge.

I am going for an interview for customer affairs manager at SIA.
anyone know what it entails and if it is drawing a manager salary?
i am previously from one of the ministry, with 7 years background and 2nd Upp local deg.
