SIAEC Executive Engineer
Any idea what is the expected salary range for the above position?
Just want to have an idea how is the pay scheme like.
Additionally: Those who interview with SIAEC before, how is the interview like?

8-9k is more of a salary when you retired with SIAEC.

Most will not even hit that pay at retirement.

Hi guys, I understand there is SIA executives programme (SEP). I'm thinking of joining the engineering department. Can you guys share more on this programme? Is it a good start to embark your first career here?

Depends on what sort of offer you have. My ranking is roughly:
L1: Public sector scholar (AO or equivalent), global mnc/bank management program
L2: Global mnc/bank unstructured hire
L3: Normal public sector, smaller mnc
L4: Large GLC, regional blue chip, local banks
L5: Unpopular ministry/stat board, medium size listed co
L6: Local SME
SIA is around L3-4, so if you have offers above level, go for them. If don't have, go with the program is also not bad.
My rough personal rule of thumb. Always got outliers and exceptions so doesn't work all the time, but you can consider this as a start.
