Confuse in 2 jobs..
Hi guys,
New to here. Im a IT Technician and right now actually going to another company. But im in dilemma of choosing either a new company or my previous company.
A Company:
1) Offer me 2.1K.
2) Quarterly Incentive.
3) Job Prospect is difficult as im working in a service center.
4) Got OT pay but is per day count.
5) 5.5 days a week including saturday halfday and sunday might have to work.
B Company (My Previous Company):
1) Offer me 1.8K
2) Quarterly Incentive.
3) Have job prospect as they have more products that i can learn and positions inside the company.
4) No OT pay.
5) 5 Working Days a week.
How will you guys think? What is your opinion in this? Right now my current pay is 1.9K but im leaving due to some environment issues..

No offense but if your here trying to make flames please go else where. I believe that my poor written english in a FORUM is not that bad until others cant understand it.. Have you been to Hardwarezone Forum and under EDMW threads?

Hello.
Don't worry about those troll sort of comment above.
As you are going to be married soon, I'm sure the 2nd alternative (your previous place)
offers a better opportunity as a family man.
Firstly, even though the pay is lower, you get weekends off. As you gain experience,
I'm sure your pay will increment accordingly. (Time & Family factors)
Secondly, as you said there're more options to work with, thus this offers
opportunity for you to learn more things, and to get important experience
which will be useful for this upcoming job, as well as with future jobs elsewhere. (Experience factor)
Thirdly, as it is your previous employer, you have established connections with colleagues.
Thus, it'll most likely be easier for you to adjust with the corporate environment within the
company (Relationship factor)
Cheers!!

Thanks for your valueable advise! But there are things im quite worried.
$1800- $360 ( CPF) = $1440
$1440 - $800 (Monthly saving for this dec wedding) = $640
$640-$100 (PRU saving) - $100 (For my parents) - $110 (Bills) - $120 (Transport) = Left $210 for a month .. Even have quarterly incentive i dun think i can tahan with just $210 per mth.. I have not include my food yet!
Likewise in A company with 2.1K and i can have like $400 left for a mth.. Damn now getting more confuse liao.. With a good prospect for future or good salary to tahan for this year?!
