Asst RM (in retail banking) = RA or RO in coporate banking terms.
It depends alot on seniority (ie: no of yrs of experience). Some RA/RO i know have 7-8yrs exp and are of AVP level, so they can earn abt $70k - $90k pa. If those with 3 yrs of exp, probably abt $50k - $60k pa.
Not exactly sure if those in coporate banks are equally paid in retail banks though.

Im looking to become private ARM eventually but it seems so hard to break in so got to start at priority platform first but the first offer ive got sucks ...its only $3k pm...haiz

no...i meant priority/premier platform ARM position that was offered to me is just $3K..probably get normal bank bonus and oso depends on if its local or foreign bank, private ARM earns more than that which is my ultimate goal
I wonder if anyone here has gone from retail bank sales to service support role? and how's the goin rate ?
