Yes, why not? 3 room is meant for low income group, which someone earning $100k a year belongs to. Last time road sweepers and cleaners live in 3 room. The executives at that time buy min. 5 room. Now $100k a year income group live in 3 rooms HDB. Still dont believe $100k is low income group?

Makes sense... $100k salary a year is abt $7k+ a month, so contribution to cpf ordinary is $1150 a month.

For the 3 room HDB, assume take $300k loan for 30yrs, monthly installment is $1200. So just nice.
