Our spending will be about $3.5k pm or $42k pa.
Excellent retirement plan! Downgrading from an expensive home to a cheaper home is a good way to monetise your property. We are asset rich but cash poor. So by downgrading we can get cash. Those living in big HDB flats can downgrade to a small flat when they retire. Enjoy your well deserved retirement! Congratulations!

Sold our landed property. Made good profit. Bought a condo as our retirement home.
Debt free.
Use our cash and CPF to spend for our early retirement.
Our CPF Life will give us $4k plus per month at 65.
Wise move. For retirees better to live in condo. No need to climb stairs. Also condo got gym, swimming pool and security. Big landed property expensive and troublesome to maintain. Good to sell and get cash profits. No need to keep working until 70 year old. Lol

Downgrading from a bigger more expensive home to a smaller cheaper home is a retirement strategy that many people do. Friends and relatives did this.

People who live in bungalows will sell and downgrade to a penthouse condo. For instance they sell their bungalow for $20 mil and buy a penthouse for $10 mil. They can spend $10 mil for their retirement until they die.

For the average folks, they sell their 5 room HDB flat for $1 mil and buy a 3 room HDB flat for $300k. They have $700k to spend.

At the end of the day we will all die. All our wealth will be given to our children and they can retire early and enjoy life.

My children should farm their own keep. Not leaving anything for them. Money should be spent on myself. lambo, bungalow and women.

Singapore women quite stuck up one, too many simps and betas. Better to invest in Malaysians and foreigners, better ROI. They have better features and body.
