What are some examples of "normal mnc" that can give 200k to a 35yo employee?

I already am having high blood pressure due to my ibanking work. I don't want to die prematurely. I think I'll just work in this research role and get promoted along the way. Hope to retire by 50. Just downgrade to a smaller condo and live off my investments. Life is short.
Most senior analysts in BB will earn $350K+ a year, but to reach that level you need to have some recognition from major institutional clients either through internal or external polls. However, its no walk in the park. A good ranked analyst spends 3-4 months of the year traveling on marketing trips or corporate road shows and works many 20 hr days. The main difference with IB is that you build a portable franchise, which allows you to be mobile and get rehired when retrenched. Whereas in IB, unless you are really senior and well known in the industry the firms franchise is more valuable than your own.

Ok, here's mine.

29yr old female working in MNC
Annual pay 73,788 including AWS.

I think I am probably underpaid. Average 50_60hrs work week to fulfil all responsibilities.

Your working hours are normal. Maybe slightly overpaid, considering your job can easily be replaced by a cheaper foreign national.

Smile 30yrs, 5+ yrs exp, IT eCommerce Senior Specialist,81.2K PA

Here goes my Info:

Age : 30 yrs.
Qualification : MCA ( Master in Computer Application , 2006)
Exp : 5 yrs 4 months.
Salary : 81k PA. (including AWS)
Company : Among the Top 3 PC companies in the whole world.
Role : eCommerce Data Senior Specialist.

I guess I earn quite less compared to others with same exp. and qualification.
That's because my previous company used to pay me in idiotic figures.
But I assume things would change and I would be in the right strata.

Default pedestrian passing by

I'm probably in the mean/median zone as I've friends who're outliers in upper (>100K p.a. in IBD/ PWM/ Bain/ BCG/ Mckinsey) and lower (25k p.a.) ends of the bell curve considering age 25.

Age : 25
Qualification : B.Eng
Exp : almost 1 yr
Salary : 55k PA. (only expecting barely 1 month's bonus anyway)
Company : European MNC

wow! your starting pay is very high.

your annual package is 13 months.

55000 divided 13 = 4.2k/mth

fresh grad getting 4.2k per month is a lot especially in engineering, can tell from what industry ???

you getting 1st class???
