Hihi, just graduated and got my first letter of offer. Salary offered was lower than what I expected (wrote) in my CV. How do I negotiate? Or is there no room for negotiation and I should just accept it? Does letter of offer states all or just some benefits of working? Sorry, it’s my first time so not too sure about all this. Please help, thanks!

If salary is lower and you want to negotiate, call HR.

Whether it is negotiable depends on the company and your CV. The larger the company, the less room there is to nego.

As for benefits, no idea. You have to find out more.

That’s a bit low. Did you do a mid-career transition?

I think chances for even a first round are pretty slim if you are ops, just got lucky.

Be the best in your ops role, know the products and the different strats the traders are running, these are easy. 70% is luck - getting an interview.
