civil servant (4 years since graduation)
non-scholar (MXS scheme)
72k per annum (including performance and mid/end-year bonuses)

consider annual package is average 16 month, mean your basic salary = $4500 after 4 years with civil service.

I think i am the same batch as you grad in 2007july. but is 2nd lower.

have apply for a position few months similar to project management in a certain ministry..was only offer $3700 despite I have 4 years project management exp in a GLC. Feel that I am under paid. Since I am 2nd lower, I should be offer between 4.2-4.3k

sembcorp maybe jobscope dun have relevant exp, very hard to get increment
