Do your maths...I am in PAX 3, my monthly is more than 9k. I get 8 months bonus last year, thats 20 months pay...how much is that? Is it possible? look at the pay scale for PAX 3 and you will know...its somewhere in this forum..Can I get 8 months bonus? If admin service in the gov can get 30 months...what is 8 months...

This is a realistic post. pax3 is the equivalent of a DD or D in the ministry or stat board. it is not an easy task to climb from pax 4 to pax 3.

How many PAX 3's are there? Are they all senior managers? Are they all senior managers or above?

Titles can vary for PAX3 and above. For non-appointment holder, they will just be doing teaching and hence known as senior lecturers ( this is the higher graded senior lecturer compared to the majority whom are stuck at PAX 4, also called Senior Lecturer). For appointment holder, they can be called Manger, Course Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant Director, Deputy Director and so on. PAX3 are usually managers, but some are senior lecturers too. I would say that about 15% of the staff on the PAX scale are PAX3, PAX2. Usually only the CEO/Principal is PAX1.
