negative? oh.. for now still ok because the other one still under development, no need for any monthly repayment. the rental i receive every month + my cpf can cover the balance mortgage loan for my 3 bedder.
counted also, the amount in my cpf special account alone will also hit more than the minimum cpf amount (at least double) by the time i reach 55.
and long term wise i will have 4 freehold property for my retirement and my kid so stil ok.
of cose, these are assuming i dont go jobless along the way. contingency will be just sold off my 2 fully paid property and the one under development.

tbh 52k pa at 33 is low. Take all the high income reports on an anonymous online forum with a bucket of salt.
