But he also revealed 109k is new job in 2020 headhunted...

So he change new job in 2020.... But in 2020 only 5 months he already earn 3 months annual bonus lol

Believe what you want, pay is fixed based on grade across the board and sadly no increment for my grade during that year.
Like said didn't promote due to some issues, so got delayed to next promotion cycle (6 months), of which would also not affect your next promotion either.

Clearly a typo. It just 1k like seriously making a big hooha about it, it's not like 10k difference from 108 to 118k

Everyone is talking about annual pay here, so I've no idea what does it have to do with 2020 being only 5 months. So does it mean if i changed job this year and my salary is 4k per month, my annual pay is only 4k x 5 = 20k as it's only May now?

I think it's because of people like you who post fake delusional progression that makes no sense and serve no purpose. Why don't you share constructive things like what field of IT. Developer is what? Which field? Web? Mobile? Machine learning? AI? Research? Tuition online? E commerce? Gaming?

What programming language you use. What course you attend to get skills. Any certification?
What Kind of projects you deal with? Specific job title? "developer" is vague as **** for someone who get promoted every 6 months and when there is no promotion claim is internal issue.
