2010 B.Eng EEE NTU
1 year in industry.
1.5 years in similar role in construction industry doing M&E.
42900 per annum (inclusive of aws)

my friend engineer in GLC
for the year 2012, his annual is 52k(incl all bonus/aws), he join in june 2011, just basic pass degree EEE NTU, he is just average performer.

Hi. It depends. They might offer you 15-20% or even higher increment based on your current salary if you are the right fit for the job. Some companies might just match your current salary without increment but they could offer better benefits/welfare package or better bonuses etc. They is no definite answer because it depends on the company i.e MNCs or SME and how you performance during interview and how good you are in terms of bargaining.
Ppl usually put their profile on job sites like monsters ...linkedin etc. Headhunt company will source from there and contact you if you are the right candidate. Hope that helps.
