I see many people here so much. If a person earns $200k per annum, then the family income with the wife working would earn $400k per annum.
It is thus not surprising why property prices continue to rise.

You must be an engineer... Salary so low for a 50 years old...
Suggest you go and find a vietnam bride... Singaporean gals all want to stay condo and husbands to be millionaire.. You dun stand a chance at your age... Good luck!!

my ex-boss working 18-19 years in GLC as engineer only getting 140-150k annually, he degree holder too..

150k is quite ok. no where near financial industry standard, but quite good.

Which industry r u from?
200k is typical base of freshly promoted vp in goldman and jpm. most reach vp by mid 30.
bonus is between 3m to 2yr depending function. so u r doing comparatively well actually
