I'm 29 this year, joined as MX12 in 2021. I am MX11 now, should be MX11A in 2 years if I get a B this coming April and for the following year. Was on university scholarship but not a government scholar. Will probably be close to 9k with promotion. So you don't need MX10 actually.

Hi everyone I'm earning a 110k pay package as a GEO4 Officer. This would be my 6th year of service. How does this compare to those of you in the same career milestone as me? I'm in my early 30s.

I do feel like it at times honestly due to burn out, but I do need the job stability at this point as my dad have retired this year. I have been offered postgraduate scholarship opportunities but I'm not sure if I will be able to go.
