31 Y/O, 6.7k... no 13th month, no AWS, bonus around 2-3 months.

But my job is full WFH, at most maybe 1 day in office a month just to mingle with teammates for lunch / dinner.

Any advice?

Not sure if it's good.. I rather work hard and earn more since at the end of the day it's 8 hours of working hours which is same everywhere else.

But my friends say that they would trade pay for better WLB...

If I am the manager and i know the role can be done remotely, rest assured I will propose to offshore the roles overseas to save the company alot of money. And it will look good on me when i am pushing for that promotion
