Congrats! Always motivating to see someone else put in the hard work, achieve a qualification, and be recognised in a noticeable pay bump.
I'm not an engineer, but in another field where further studies in the form of qualification / certification has implied is recommended to break through my current ceiling (to go from ~95k to ~115k).
It's going to take between 30 to 36 months for me to get qualified in my field.. and I've been hesistant to sign up in view of the time/money investment. Seeing your post seems to be a signal for me to take the shot.
