i dont count stuff that havent realize yet sia, shiok to see but cannot touch yet. must see t&c, some companies issue to you at intervals, but cannot exit till company hits a certain milestone or some conditions are fulfilled. some is you need to work how many years then the ownership gets transferred to you. some is you get to purchase shares at discount for % of your salary.

“Lower starting, higher growth” is a model that no longer appeals much to the younger generation. Especially when there is no guarantee of reaching the higher stages.
It’s all about living in the present and flaunting on social media. Late game heroes just aren’t popular.
