Seems like you are prioritising health/mental health over career. Nothing wrong with this decision if your passive income + income from your “not demanding” job is able to provide you a comfortable life.

Kudos to building up passive income stream. Why not work hard for 5 more years till 45 to have a fatter passive income then semi retire in greater comfort?

Locum Drs get paid about S$100 per hr and can choose to work morning, afternoon or night shifts.

I suppose you have been buying and selling properties and using the profits to fully pay your current condo? If that was the case then you must have been a successful property investor. Downgrading to get cash makes perfect sense. Many early retirees do this even for those who retired in their 40s. Condo prices is now high which is a good time to sell. Can get lots of cash.
