Thanks for the suggestion. We have that in mind too if we need more cash. We can sell our current home for about $1.25 mil and then buy a flat for about $500k. This should give us an additional cash of $700k which we can use to enjoy and travel the world!

We should be able to retire after collecting our CPF at 55 years old.
We are now debt free as our condominium unit and car are paid in full.
In our retirement we hope to travel to more countries during non peak seasons.
We are just average performers in our career.
We may retire at 56 or 58 years old.

Why retire so old? Go sell your condo and downgrade. Yolo. Enjoy your retirement early.
