Very soon you will be living in a distinctly foreign land listening to foreign languages wondering what has gone wrong.

If that's the case, then so be it. It is still more refreshing than listing to barbaric dialects from individuals who think they are more deserving of executive positions just because they are born and "educated" here.

At least foreigners tend to be more grateful for the opportunity to better their lives. Whereas these locals on these forums exhibit such begrudging attitudes and petty-mindedness.

As someone saving up for a 4-5m home but with only ~0.5m of savings but high annual income, it's hard to picture what kind of financial situation should one be in before taking the plunge. This is a perfectly legitimate question by any stretch. And no, I have not yet met with a financial planner.

As someone who is clearly deluded suggest you check yourself into IMH

Bro the line items to spend on and down payment required can be easily searched online. You can just work out most of yourself via an excel and get a picture that is 90% accurate. You expect a serious answer here?

Thats why ppl say u clearly don’t demonstrate the critical thinking of higher earning individuals

Actually foreign scum are the ones who take the opportunities given to them for granted. Yet the sinkie gvt continues to bend over with their pants pulled down and hands wrapped around their ankles.
