Exclamation Wtf??

Company is an Oil & Gas EPC contractor

Executive Director (Corporate & Project Finance). Report to CEO.
1. S$312k + S$72k Housing (Paid direct to owner of property).

2. Basic Health Insurance (AXA SmartCare Exec)

3. Bonus:
a) Debt Funds raised: 1% of all debt funds raised in cash (S$400k - S$ 6m). Haven't achieved more than S$800k in the last 3 years here.
b) Equity Funds raised: 5% in all SPVs / JV Co for Equity fund raising. Haven't received a dividend in the past 3 years. Most projects have a 10+ year life span. I can't carry equity out when I leave the company. Which means I have to stick here doing the same job for another 7 years at least!

4. Expense Account: S$ 50k p.a for entertainment (Lunch / Dinner with financiers). Can't use it for personal use and is in the form of reimbursement. Alcohol and Tobacco for financier is permitted. Not for self. Very ambiguous.

5. Allowances:
a) Tuition for children aged 17 years or less. I am not married and don't have kids. Cant claim this allowance in cash.
b) Company Car: 2007 BMW 730 Li. Parking at office basement is deducted from my pay (S$ 290 + GST)
c) Club Membership. Haven't received it yet.

Most of the Risk Analysts and real estate agents on this site make more than me! What am I doing wrong!!!

Anybody in a similar position as me care to comment?

Thanks.

Take heart. Rest assured that you make more than most of us here, including the true risk analysts and property agents.

Not everyone is a minister in this island.

Even a smallish parliamentary secretary (eg Teo Ser Luck?) earns around what Obama earns.

See table:
