I thought that will be quite average for a 40 year old uncle in a farmer type job

You have achieved much success since you are a couple millionaire.
You are in the upper middle class group.
Well done!

We can still afford cheap year end holidays as well as going out to family restaurants occasionally. We also support our old parents financially, on both sides.

Our combined net worth (home + cpf + cash) is $1 mil ($500k each). The average wealth per adult in Singapore in 2018 is $390k. So, we are above average. We have done quite well actually.

How about you? Is your net worth higher or lower than us? Are you debt free too or still have a big debt to clear?

Mid 30's female, no kids
1 luxury brand car, 1 HDB. Neither are fully paid.
I'm a self-employed artist with clients from overseas, bringing in around $20k - $25k PM or roughly $240k PA. Cons - I work around the clock because if I don't, I won't have any income.
My expenses are relatively low ($5k a month max), so I can save around $15k - $20k each month.

What do you do as an artist? Drawing and painting?

We are a young couple, early 30s with one child. Both educated in the US working at US MNCs. Collectively earns around $32k in cash per month. Our companies also provide equity of $500k to $700k per year. Currently holding around $2.2m in equities and cash. Own a 3 BR condo in D10 with around $700k in equity. No car. Aiming to retire once we have $10m saved (not including our own home).

We were blessed to have parents who could support our education. We both also worked through college.
