I'm a software developer, 29Y.

Salary: 140k (base) + 40k (add-ons)
Spouse: 80k (base) + 15k (add-ons)

Own an EM HDB (worth ~600k); with a mortgage of ~400k still due
Liquid assets of close to 100k
No CPF

How're we faring? :-/

Earnings not bad. Savings and investments, assets can be better. You can aim to save 13K per month and build up portfolio more aggressively.
