Regional Boutique IBs
Is anyone working in a regional boutique IB bank and what is it like? Not talking about Bulge Bracket or Mid Market but smaller shops that do considerably smaller deals like up to 50 or 100 million.

As in salary wise, working conditions/hours and exit opportunities. I have done lots of research on regional boutiques but most information concerns firms in other countries.
I am wondering how is it like in the Singaporean context. If you have any insights please do share thank you!

Boutiques got different tiers also lah. At somewhere like rippledot you'll be making a lot more money and working many more hours than somewhere like Pickering Pacific.

Yea that's why I mentioned doing 50-100m and below deals. Rippledot recent deals includes ones in excess of 500m.
