Switching companies & buying over bond?

Hi everyone!

I'm currently working in the aviation industry and am bonded to my current company for a number of years.

Anyone who was in the same situation and/or had experience in jumping to another company who was willing to pay off your liquidation damages for breaking the contract/bond?

Your help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
