Can i confirm that
HO pay = $4000 gross + $125 per call
MO pay = $5000 gross + $250 per call
HOMOs that completed NS, do they get a higher pay vs those who have not/females?

in that case a HO (NSmen) would be $4400 + $125/call
MO (NSmen) would be $5400 + $250/call
am i right to say that?
interesting, because many i spoke to were disruptees so they are not very sure of this.

I joined mohh in Nov 2016 as a mo. (Singaporean studied overseas)
Pay is 4900 ( ns) 4500 (no ns)
However I heard that there was a pay revision sometime last year. So not sure what is the starting pay now.
My pay now around 5.7k after the yearly increment for past 4 years. Planning to be go in the future, so nt sure about reg and ac pay.

Ya lo, don't recommend your kids to be doctor/work in healthcare. Grossly underpaid and more importantly under appreciated. Only saving grace is that it is a relative stable and recession proof job I guess.
