Nope. Unless you r physically on hosp during standby.
For example during certain event like ndp, f1. Each hosp may need to contribute a standby ambulance unit of nurse/docs. During this standby, u must be physically at hosp until they dismiss you. Then u can claim half call.
If you standby call is at home. Then of course no $$.

In army I have an friend who sell his service to do guard duty from other ppl.
I offered him $50 sgd and he help me do guard duty over weekend
Pretty sure u can find many mo who are willing to buy your service to their extra calls.
Alternatively u can tell your roster monster u volunteer all ph and weekend calls

Officially no. Unofficially yes. Nurses will start calling on call at about 2pm onwards.
A bit lugi for oncall coz they dont get the ph allowance.
Xmas eve and eve of cny also the same

Most depts will give u half day off in lieu where I work
