Welcome to SG work culture where they try to squeeze every cent out of your wage. There’s no wage rights in medicine in Singapore unless you reach a certain of seniority. Consultant level at least.
This is not the Uk where trainee doctors can just go on strike every few months and the public still support them.

you mean you are going to do fellowship after your CCT before returning as a consultant? I think SAB guidance is 3 years of consultant job after CCT. Although people have successfully returned with 2 years of experience.

gonna do fellowship then no need HMDP bond. 3 years is for full C. I’ll come as AC or work private for a few years then come as C if possible.
