Flinders grad here. It’s not 100% guaranteed. Thinks it depends on your ability and if u pass your posting
I failed all my HO postings so I got to repeat a year. It took me 4.5 years to get full reg
My department actually didn’t want to give me but I was lucky Covid time they just give it to me

Would like some advice here. Can I ask how useful is gdom in gp land? And if it is something I should pursue before I leave mohh once my bond is up? (Already completed gdfm, planning to go gp land once bond is up, possibly locum a while before joining a group. I have absolutely No interest in aesthetics.)

Be more open minded.
If u join some groups like healtsprings.. they might force you to do some aesthetics down the road if you want to increase their pay.
Many clinic groups going hybrid nowadays because full GP clinic hard to survive
