Easier to get exceeds expectations for Bonus calculation as a MOPEX than as a JR ( the whole bunch of JRs at least in my residency used to get approximately the same pathetic bonus).
and in certain specialities you lose out on extra call allowances..etc as a JR when you rotate out to other departments.

So 8k base * 12 = 96k

On call 1k * 12 = 12k

13th Month + 1 month performance = 8k * 2 = 16k

Total: 124k sgd (excluding cpf)
