16k for a first year con but pretty sure higher after a bit of expeirence
The clinical allowance goes up as well.
Yes bonus is on the base. The monthly seems low but there’s a lot of other payments and compensation structures so the annual pay is a lot higher than the base suggests.

That’s why I quit GS residency. Too much work and difficult exams that I keep failing. Don’t have time with all that when you are trying to set up a family.
My wife earns more than me (she’s a portfolio manager at GIC), and I am ok just being a part time locus GP and taking care of my kids at home.

My friend is making around 700k a year in a private surgery group. He was making around 450k all-in as C before going to private

Think questions like this dont add any value to the asker of the question.
There are too many variables both speciality wise and individual.
Have already put in the non procedural pay approximation for a fresh AC.
It will be a few thousand more per month plus additional bonus and monthly extras.

Quite decent but the 160 per weekend shift is a pittance that’s just an hour of work for a locum

Yes 5 dollars more than a senior resident and 10 dollars more than an MO lol
