Aesthetic one month is 40k only if u are a better performer within the company. The starting pay is around 18-22k PM. The cluster director is easily on 350k TC with bonus

maybe not now but aesthetics have a faster income growth. Her income can shoot up a lot after she becomes experienced and open her own clinic.
Even ENT resident also drop out and join V Aesthetics lol.. s://.vaestheticsclinic.com.sg/doctors/dr-arthur-tan/
because the income growth is simply faster. it will take a minimum of 10 years working as a consultant specialist for you to have the credentials and confidence to move to private practice . so that's around 20 years if you include the residency and AC.

How do you know that he dropped out of ENT residency? Having MRCS ENT does not necessarily mean that the person was once in ENT residency.

that is not a doctor anymore. that is an entrepreneur. have you ever seen a billionaire doctor?

Getting into a residency is only the start of the journey, it does not guarantee you will exit.
I know many MO friends who dropped out of gen surg halfway through their training. They can’t tahan the long hours and suffering. All went to GP land/aesthetics after dropping out

to be honest, 2- 3 years of reapplication is not a long waiting time

My friend was from his same MO batch. Apparently the ex-ENT guy applied twice before getting accepted into residency.
But he quit because he had personal commitments and wanted to start earning money in aesthetics faster
