Maybe most UCL grads get into residency in singapore anyway

any1 know why this is the case

If someone does go down that route and pursues aesthetics whether ethical or not i won’t debate, the oxford degree and UK education will help a lot. Easy to get the COCs and high level of aesthetic training in the UK + locals see oxford sure get excited to go to that clinic

Are you referring to that in sg or uk?
dropout rate is about the same across the specialties in the uk.

There is no guarantee on residency entry unless you have ' connections ' but I wouldnt know about this.
No cut off age but less chance of getting selected as you get older.
|
So do you mean there is no statistics?
How old was the oldest resident that you have came across in singapore?

Most people enter medicine for self serving purpose
All those surgeons want people to worship them
All those non surgeons don't wanna be surgeons because it takes a toll on themselves
PDs choose residents with their own benefit in mind.
Disclaimer: the above is just a work of fiction. In the real world everyone is in medicine to serve others
