The work in RMG is fairly simple and can work office hrs.

I see healthscreening half the time, bring in higher income so can get decent annual bonus of more than a mth.

Last time in Parkway Shenton was worse, no bonus and no annual increment for 4 years.

Also social benefits like S$80 per Dr allowance for cluster GP dinner every 3 mths and social gatherings.

Also have career progression pathways if interested.

Tried Aesthetics but found it boring and litigatious

And small GP groups had terrible experience.

Best of all, RMG colleagues are the best so far, had toxic encounters with CAs before outside.
do u mind sharing what ur total remuneration is currently and what it was in aesthetics previously? Also what are the career progression pathways that are available ?

As I said, I am C reg so S$7500 for 41 hrs of work a week. I negotiated for one afternoon off a week. If not is $8 k a month for 44 hrs. If u do 53 hrs iw some nights and weekend hrs, I can get S$ 10k as a C reg.

Once full reg, I will get S$11k plus a month for 41 hrs of work a week.

Prev only locumed in PPP Aesthetics, got S$100 per hr.

Progression pathways are like if u wanna go into admin or clinical wanna be physician leader.
The senior GPs are associate directors or directors.

you are making a mere 46 dollars an hour? Yea you can complain all you want about aesthetics but i’m gonna continue doing what i’m doing. On track for 35k total this month including my base plus profit sharing and will move to start my own clinic ina few years. Meanwhile u still delude urself to think making 7.5 k is good. That’s literally what sone second year MOs make

I really appreciate my nice colleagues.

Last time in Parkway Shenton had a very unfriendly CA who gave me a lot of mental stress.

When did regular locum also had a rude CA who even pushed me, again a lot of mental stress.

With all the leave added, is higher per hr.

7.5 k is temp, will be 11k plus.

I know is low compared to yrs but at least me and hubby have networth of 4 mil now.

Your networth will prob be higher.

I couldn't take the litagatious risk of doing Aesthetics, saw dome PPP Drs get sued by clients.

My current networth is lower than urs but i’m about 20 or so years younger. To me it feels when i’m being shortchanged and not being compensated fairly.
