It is C reg pay, hence lower. Full reg pay is S$11k plus for office hrs.

More accurate to compare networth rather than salary as a measure of wealth.

High salary with little savings and poor investments also no point.

U peeps mind sharing yr age and networth?

Many are staying in landed and have 1-2 cars. But many of them run their own clinics/clinic chains, own aesthetic clinics or are specialists

I guess if business owners, it is difficult to assess networth.

What about the employee doctors' networth?

Don't be shy to share.

In my 30s, networth only about S$400k before increasing slowly to 1 mil in my 40s and now 2mil when I am 49.

WHY YOU NV BUY PROPERTY WHEN U YOUNGER!!!
when you grad was about 2000.
after working a few years 2005 is the trough of property cycle

actually your era could easily own freehold landed semi-D
just by 50% of ur semi D you would be 3-4mil networth.

asset price always go faster than income

crypto, gold or property is the key to wealth

other than saving patients, ur day job only serve as a tool for u to get a bank loan to buy property.

Bought my EC in 2003. So still in MOP in 2005.

But yeah, could have bought a semid for S$3 mil but didn't then as it was facing a temple.

But better late than never, at least still can afford a freehold terrace now.

Quickly jump ba, and view properties
U only got 16 years of loan left, but a combination of show funds shld do the trick
I dont like temple facing too. But there will be others which u missed out your chance on

My advice to young doctors.
Pls dont spend on cars. Now COE is 100k not worth it
Please save up and take MRT.
Only properties, ideally landed, or mass market kind of property. condo can but dont choose CCR kind of lifestyle property
Thank me 20 years later.
