Age old question but in the current market which specialty do u think is the most profitable? Ofc the usual surgical ones like ortho, neuro, CT, opthal, ENT but what else? My bet is on gastro, haem onc, cardiology and plastics

But is there even much plastics private potential in a place as small as SG?

Find a pretty one become friends and have a coffee with her. Sense from there but don’t overtly say anything just see where it goes

Fake vaccinations appear to be the most profitable.

No need to inject real vaccines, just fake it with saline.

Some anti-vaxxers are will to pay top dollar for fake vaccinations.

But don't get caught.

Hi just started out and already jaded. My seniors are always talking about how much more they could earn as a locum but they still haven't left for some reason. If it's truly so good why don't more people just leave?

Too scared to leave. Too pussy to take the leap. Singaporeans are so used to following instructions and doing whatever they are told that they find it difficult to take risk and do something different

Coz they are bonded and have no money to pay the bond.
Also once you leave, it's a 1 way ticket, no chance back to public, especially if you break bond. So big decision also la
