I’m referring to getting into a T10 US med school as a foreigner not residency

I was referring to getting into a US MD school as a foreigner. Getting into residency as an IMG may be easier, but as you mentioned usually only the less competitive ones. You want the more competitive ones you need grind research etc.

Seriously I used to get average and I had only 4 months bonus
The average increment was always less than 5% which was lower than a lot of industries including inflation

Aiyo I've seen residents asking mopex to go to OT on Friday night ,because the resident wants to have a life... mopex lan lan suck thumb have to go because residents will have a say in choosing the next batch of residents...
Not sure how it's fair , if someone is mopex it is supposed to be easier to get exceed expectations, because obviously if a mopex knows the same or more than a resident then the mopex already exceed expectations.but the resident is considered a below par.
But then , residents will get to grade the residency faculty members too... so obviously faculty members will tend to treat residents better compared to mopex
