Can share more about the calculation? The image shows 224k year to date, which seems quite high, even if you factor in basic+allowance, and even bonuses.
(Coz monthly pay only 17400, with allowance, 8months so far, only 139k.
Bonus is based on basic salary of 11.5k- unless you meant that you have already received 7-8 mths bonus year to date?)

Before "i.ibb.co/5B10XSV/Screenshot-2024-09-04-at-09-20-01.png",
you add a "h-t-t-p-s-/-/", remove all the dash

80k bonus is pretty standard.
4.5 months bonus and 30k quality component.
hence it pays to specialise

Only a very small percentage of people in these industries make it to these roles. Also these jobs are extremely volatile.
As a doctor, your income is guranteed. Even as an AC I average a comp of around 300k and can look to 400k as a full C. I also have a fulfilling job and can eventually go to private if I really want the big bucks. Yes the work is hard but work is also hard in other sectors
