Problem is AIM is still recognized formally as a specialist, even if they refer to the whole world.FM is not recognized currently, hence the frustration and I guess despair.
at least minister Ong saying he going to change that, hopefully with specialist recognition, FP in public sector will be happier. (Coz at least got something to work towards)

Being a GP is worrying now. The government wants unification of GPs and eradication of one man GP clinics, which means that they will either form under the arm of the government or will be absorbed by larger chains. In both cases, they gonna have a decrease in income
GP=No pain, No gain
Either slog it out in aesthetics or become a proper specialist.
Good day to be a specialist man

The number of clinic being setup is shocking.
I took a walk along my old neighbourhood and counted like 4 new ones all under some chains.
Give it a few more years when mc becomes less and less necessary, all these gp clinic sure no business.
Hospital clinician job looks not bad to be honest.

Many GP clinics set up means demand is strong and business is booming.
