Just curious how many years have you stayed in ops for this salary? Coz AC is 3 years post mmed, Lao jiao AC I presume is 5-6 years post mmed to get this salary? 280k is good salary for fresh AC, but if only getting it after 10-15 years service, then not so good.

Old scheme not open to you what
Rast time surgeon table fee is higher, they also allowed sat clinic to be their own earnings.
Now some department no individual table fee liao, it's all shared, plus the table fee also reduced by a lot.

Do you think that will push people (specialist surgeon) out to private? (Of course not referring to AC, talking about the really good surgeons who are churning the revenue, as they may have the reputation and ability to earn much more outside?

passed by one of the private hospitals outpatient section today in the morning and found many of the specialist clinics empty (mainly surgical clinics) with no patient in the waiting area. why is this so?
