Consultants have to work on weekends too since there are calls, emergencies, etc. Not sure about Psych but in some service usually its rotational and just morning rounds and then passive

You can apply for a suspension of bond. Then head overseas
Or break it immediately if you have the funds.

But i heard from fresh ho bond is abt 700k.
I think if u have 700k better to start some side business

Heard some people left for overseas training and did not return. Neither did they pay off the bond.

Surety. Mohh reserves the right to go after your surety. When you signed the bond got two sureties.

Depends. Essentially they gave all mos the 500 dollars clinical allowance for post grad qualifications like Mrcp/mrcs
However if you already have Mrcp and was already receiving the clinical allowance before, then no pay rise
