I work for myself so this is very possible… higher end? I consider myself above average but not in the higher end for earnings. I know friends making multiples of millions a year because they own many clinics.
Nowadays, expect to make around $30,000 a month working for a large aesthetic chain like V Aesthetics, if you have at least 3 years of aesthetic experience and a good work ethic and warm friendly personality.
Top performers will usually leave to set up their own clinic. Mediocre performers usually stay on as anchor doctors working for an aesthetic chain.

Good business!

but V aesthetics prob generate 5mil revenue per mth.
so 30k per doc is seriously underpaying.
1mil labour vs 5mil revenue
technically they can afford
4mil labour vs 5mil revenue
ie. they can consider paying 30k per week, ie 120k per mth

They have generous training allowance for employed doctors. They pay for your airfare, hotel and course fees to take AAAM diploma. Not to mention, the numerous ad-hoc training exposure activities in Europe and Korea.
So they invest a lot of money in the doctors, just not directly in the form of salary payouts.

On a completely different topic from aesthetics, I was wondering if anyone knows or can share more experience about working at a fmc (e.g lakeside fmc, outram fmc, keat hong fmc etc)? They seem to be operating polyclinic hours even though they are in the private sector. (Which is an attractive point)
Anyone knows about the pay, workload, pt profile etc (Looking for options post mmed in November)
