Anyone has any experience regarding working at minmed? (Pay, work culture etc) Seems to be expanding and hiring at present.

Locumed for them before. Quite busy. Pay average.

low pay u mean. i wonder how they even find locums at 80/hr

some old freehold condos in marine parade have 2 bed retailing for 1.8 million, rental there for 2 bed unit up to 4.8 k and this is an old condo.

the one i saw was sqfoot 1055

4-5 is moderate load to me. 1-2 then light load.

How the clinic make any money after paying locum?
Has to make financial sense.
