Geri also alot AC recently, especially in NHG. How about Geri ah. See alot of young Geri cons. Right off residency immediately have jobs. Given the number of slots, not sure how competitive the SR slots are.

This year onwards. Fm become sab.
To become ac u need sab.
To get sab, u need fcps.
The happy days of entry mmed become ac is over liao
Last time (mahathir time) mbbs can do surgery independently
Mmed will be degraded to gdfm level.
Gdfm degraded to mbbs level.

I heard ktph sr confirm got ac slots.
Ttsh geri residents must wait for their time.

But cant force senior geriatricians to retire.
Coz it is a bit of paradox.
Coz it is like a specialty that care for old people, wants old people to retire???
That is totally against specialty core tenets

basic 10.9
allowance is 2k pa for AC.
bonus everything with Aws another 7.x months
productivity bonus 7.2 or 7.9k , can't remember exact.
last year got 1 mth more bonus.
annual package u go calculate.
your mileage might vary. I'm in leadership role so bonus more a bit.
I posted before my salary and progression b4 . people insist I'm a mohh recruiter.

Does anyone know what life is like for private GPs with just an MBBS +/- GDFM is in the large chaisns? (RMG, healthway etc.)
E.g. market pay, hours, bonus, leave
