if ur clinic v productive in terms of numbers and meet kpi, everyone get rewarded.
productivity bonus can hit 20k on top of your annual bonus. clinic head and deputy get extra if certain KPI are met.

the guy who claim he is hopsital ac is crapping la. we don't make that much more, or rather hopsital ac gets about 200k ish and not 120k ish. but hospital ac also got production bonus if u in some procedure speciality. but FM get that after m.med , about 3 year training nia and none of those soul searing reg calls.

next year fcfp can get specialist registration.
hopefully get some extra allowance.
can open clinic and put big big fam med specialist.

Hospital Ac is 200k after all the bonus.
Mmed FM is abt 400k at level of family physician

wok hard can rake in 20-30 k pm. Most of the locums also do telemed calls in between slack GP shifts

Is there really value to do MMED in fam med tho? I mean, more stress , additional exams, 2 more years of studying ( assuming you just want to do GP/OPS work and not aiming for CD/DD positions)

RP GDFM---> Staff physician or FP-GDFM
-but lesser admin, lesser responsibilities , also rather good pay
-no need do research and QIPs
-say 9kpm+ $500 GDFM stipend per month , there is around 2 month extra FP bonus plus AWS and assume 2 months PB bonus =5 months bonus alrdy = $160 k pm

stay in OPS gets medical benefits, family member healthcare benefits, dental benefits, 26 days AL , also PH offs for sure , no calls, not counting CCL + FCL that people gao gao take always. Most people in OPS max out 14 days MC also

from sign on rp pay to hit 9k basic u need about 5 years lei.
gdfm fp can only do clinical work. day in day out see 50 patient, v sian. M.med can teach resident , can teach medical student. u talk can also a bit louder. can get involved in workgroups, can do research. u can reject arrows one. who say die die have to do qip, audit or research. so many m.medder just farm silently.

m.med go hospital they recog it. gdfm not reco in hospital.
plus gdfm is not a real post graduate degree. it's just a stop gap measure to build the fp pool.

m.med u become like comission officer lo. minimum can get ac in polyclinic. this year FM become speciality liao. gdfm no longer enough soon.
